Hi there and good morning.

First off; are you logged into your own account? If you’re not that’s where I would start. Often times friends and family members share accounts therefor it can get a little tangled in the moment. If you are logged in than are you on WiFi or just using cellular data ? Often times with the WiFi the internet connection may or may not have a lag due to the network speed (uploads and downloads) as well as the distance from the physical satellites. Finally; check if you’re on a loop. Usually it’s an arrow in an oval shape that will have your song play over and over again. Hope this helps.
