Hello there.

User since 29.06.20 and since then on some dance releases tracks are messed. Were fine on Google Music. What makes them messed like Track name : Track name? Can you please tell what to do.

I want to see right meta data on Deezer, it would help song selection.

This is jut one example of messed tags, I have on my lists plenty of tracks tagged this way.

Messed tracks on many released on Deezer

Now I need to search elsewhere who remixed. The first one I recognised. It was S&D Remix.

I looked on the internet and I was right.

How do I fix these tags, tried to post feedback “Report meta data”, nothing happened?

Hey @hpguru

Got it, now I understand a bit more about your setting.

Our catalogue teams got back to me to say they've asked the label to resend the content. So if you don't mind, you can always post problems like that in here and I'll pick them up from you

Anyone to know the answer?

Let me at least change ID3 tags for myself to my personal account.

Hey @hpguru

You came to the right place - I was just away from work for a bit.

I'll let the catalogue teams know about this. Have you tried the same via web version instead of the desktop app? (Apologies if you're using the web version already)

Thank you for your time.

I have no interest to use it on Windows, as it is my work computer.

My personal computer it is Chromebook, so only Web Browser. I use Android as well, and these tracks are as messed, and there’s plenty of them at least on this label. What may cause.

And most important how to fix?

How I can report them within app? I try to post them on Web Player, and there is report content, and other. Does it work as well? Or should I post here only. Please make reporting for ID3 errors easier.

Reporting it here is best because I'm in regular contact with the catalogue teams, who can then contact the labels to get the tags sorted - reporting through the app still needs improvement, because at the moment is only easier to report bugs, not catalogue issues. But your feedback is very welcome and I'll pass it on to the right teams here @hpguru

Another. These really should be prevented on UPLOAD content. Especially in hard dance releases it is too difficult to search for the right Remix from Sakura Girl : Sakura Girl all over release…

Thank you again!

I do not know why they are messed on Deezer only. On YouTube Music etc. all fine.

Waiting fix.

Honestly it could be best to see:

Happy Ending (Club Mix)

Instead of lousy Happy Ending : Happy Ending in Deezer apps.
