Hi Mira, 99% seems like a really high number 😨 If a track is greyed out it means that it's not available in your country. Are you searching for tracks from specific countries?

Hi @lucifer , please see above :)
Also, it could be that your need to clear and increase the cache on your phone: Deezer > Settings > App
Why i can't download anymore, I used to download Regular with no problem. Now, when i ask for a title or an artist, it show nothing? The download buttons are grey instead of black

@Marcel St-Cyr I moved your question to this existing topic, take a look. If this info isn't helpful, can you let us know what device you're using?

Hi Daniel, as mentioned above, it means that the tracks are currently not available in your country. It's possible that the rights just need to be renegotiated. I hope they will be available to you again very soon! 🙏🏼
What confuses me about this subject is why some songs that are greyed out have totally equivalent alternatives available. When a song is greyed out in the desktop browser, there's the button you press which brings up a list of tracks Deezer recognises as similar. Many of them (while audibly identical) differ only by the album art, others don't even differ by the album art. If only one version of a song has been greyed, surely removal by the record company (because, let's be serious, with the exception of the likes of Taylor Swift, artists themselves aren't the ones calling the shots on availability), would remove all copies of the audio they want removed? Therefore, are there other factors at play? Just curious...

@DJ Fajita you're raising a very good point there. Sometimes, the same songs are distributed to us by different labels (e.g. the same song, a collaboration of different artists, can be uploaded by each artist's label). If one label decides to take down the track, it might still be available on Deezer, because someone else uploaded the same track as well.
This sure doesn't account for every case though. Which is why I will definitely pass this on 🙂 Thanks for sharing this with us!
🤙🏼
@lucifer The songs will be greyed out and only playable in shuffle on certain devices because you are not on premium+. on mobile devices, free users can only shuffle play.
"If content is greyed out and won’t play, this means it’s no longer available."

SO I'm paying 10GBP a month to listen to what you want instead of I want?

How was the muisc availbale before but not now? Shouldn't Deezer renogociate the rights before they expire?

This feels like I bought a CD, listened to it for a month, but the store took it away it from me. WTF?

You got sort this otherwise people will start to accuse of ripping us of.

Not cool, Deezer.

Hi Daniel, If the artist decide not make the songs available there is no much we can do. We are always in touch with them and their labels/distributors, but it's only the artist's decision to get their songs available or not 😉
