Track not supported in my country?

I can not listen to music in this application, it gives an error: "This track is not available in your country". I live in Russia, tried to create several different accounts and it did not help.

Hi @Khudyakov453, that's normal. If you are in Russia and therefore are using a Russian account only tracks which are available in your country can be played. The catalogues vary from country to country. But we are updating our catalogues regularly and I hope the song you want to hear will be available in Russia soon! ☺
I just recently decided to try Deezer out after being subscribed to Spotify premium for years, however when I went to play one of my favorite band's (A Day To Remember) songs I was shocked to see that most of the songs are "not available in your country." Thats very odd because I am in America and they are an American band. I am not sure if something is messed up with my account saying that I am in a country other than the US, but if it's not that is a huge deal breaker for me!

It's not specific to your account. Deezer is missing most of ADTR albums in the US unfortunately....
For me it's available (I'm from Israel), so it is a matter of copyright restrictions
Seriously?? That is insane considering that ADTR's catalog is available in the US on Spotify and Google play music. I cannot justify spending 10 bucks a month and getting less music than I did on Spotify. I will definitely be canceling my subscription after the free trial.
I was listening to some israeli music playlist.
I live in israel.
I payed for a premium subscription.
Why are some tracks blocked?

I'm using the https://www.deezer.com/en/ and I was really upset to find that I can't listen to full album "Quentin Tarantino’s Django Unchained Original Motion Picture Soundtrack" because some tracks are not available .
I pay for subscribtion and I don't want to look for another music streem services. But this situation sounds like a kind of discrimination, don't you think?

Hi, your account is Russian and how Anja said, the catalog vary from country to country. This is up to the artist's and labels, not Deezer...
I live in the UK, but come from Poland. I go to Poland for about 2 weeks a year when i can listen to my full playlist. However, in England my playlist just keeps getting smaller because more and more tracks aren’t available in my country. Would it be possible for you to allow all Polish songs on my account or at least change my location to Poland or whatever would work?

I just got a new contract with the main operator in Singapore Singtel. And now I can get Deezer for 7,90SGD versus 9,99€
so the difference it’s about 3,50SGD/month at the end of the year it’s 42 SGD. My question, I have you got the same offer of music when you are connected from FR than if I turn for a SG. Sometime i have this message: « this title is not available in this country. »

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it. Please see above 😉
On the albums Alvvays and Antisocialities, both by Alvvays, the songs Marry Me, Archie and Lollipop (Ode to Jim) are both grayed out, which is quite weird considering the rest of the album isn't. Is this a problem in Deezer or on my end?

Hi @Juan Ramirez this usually means that the song is not available in your country. It sometimes happens that labels release only some tracks of the album and not others. It can be that the tracks will be added in the future though, check back sometimes to see if they are available.

Hey there, I checked here and the account was first detected as UK when you created it, but after you subscribed it was correctly set up as Israel. Try clearing cache/cookies and trying again, that should solve it 🙂

Thanks for the reply.
I've tried clearing all site data (using Chrome DevTools, and clear all site data), logging out and back in - but the issue still remains.
Frankly, I've encountered this issue with a esoteric song that I don't care about, I just concerned this suggested that my account country was identified incorrectly.
