There are some soundtracks missing?  The ninth gate soundtrack, Ravenous soundtrack, as far as albums it looks like Push comes to shove and cut the crap from the band Jackyl  are missing?  And the album called Golden Island by the band Club 8 is missing?  I do understand some just might not be available in my country etc but I wanted to at least try. Thank you

Hey @windowru

You may want to keep your replies in one topic, so that it's easier to reply in one place

The topic mentioned by @Noam Asulin  above explains why some songs turn grey - music distributors, not Deezer, have the right to remove content from our platform. They may need to redeliver the same content or the region doesn't have rights over the content any more, for example. Besides, when you use that form (in the topic mentioned), there won't be a response. The catalogue teams request the content from the distributors on your behalf.

The same goes to the quality of the tracks (HQ or HiFi) - we support FLAC for HiFi but the distributors are the one sending them over to us in the available format.

Thank you for your understanding :v_tone2:

Hi @xivome, indeed you’re right. The best way for now is to get in touch directly with the artists and ask them to upload their music on Deezer. It’s easier than one would believe with social medias.

Hi there, sorry for the misunderstanding, we meant to say that only artists can decide to join Deezer or not. Our music acquisition team do get in touch with artists, labels and distributors to keep growing our library.

If you fill up this form below with your suggestions, we can make sure they'll be contacted ;)
