Songs greyed out, can't play them

I wish Deezer would stop greying out or making songs unavailable. It sucks. I like this app but it this continues to where half of my playlist is greyed is out, whatever, then I’m switching to a different one. I want to be able to listen these songs, but so many are being made unavailable. Like a song by OneRepublic for example, Something I Need isn’t. I don’t see how it wouldn’t be available in America :P lol.

Content is location based . It means Deezer might doesn’t have the license to play this song in your country ( And it’s possible also regarding artists from the same country you are at ...)

You can read below for more info . You also have a form there you can fill to request for the songs you are missing:

Bullshit answer, loads of songs that were available are greyed out. I have a shitload of songs in my favorite list that are now greyed out. Starting to get really pissed about this.

Hey @Gretsch Abel

The answer is correct. Deezer, like any other streaming platform, has agreements with different music distributors for each country. These distributors control if the content is available in our platform, according to their own plans. So if they don't think content A should be available or needs to be resent to us, they'll have access to do it :thumbsup_tone2:

Hi Rudi:

I agree with GA.  Many of the songs that used to work in my playlists, accessed through sonos, are now greyed out and were not before.  Sometimes I add the song back in from a different album, and it re-appears, other times even for the same album, and it seens to work again.  I think there is a corruption of some/many tracks, and some of my playlists that used to work are now 100% grayed out.

Ironically this seems. for me, to be only when accessed through sonos - but they say it’s not their problem, and you guys tell me its not your issue.
