Songs added to wrong artist


Hello, I'm from Brazil and my distributor is LANDR, and I'll try to speak english to explain my problem.

My artist name is PH, and there's already three of my songs in Deezer (Feromônio, Replay and Eu Notei). The problem is that they've been placed in the wrong artist with the same name. Is there's a way to separate my songs from this another artist?

And there is any way for me to manage my artist page/profile?

Thanks for getting in touch. At the moment only Deezer and distributors can manage artists' info and content.

Nevertheless, if you could provide the link for your songs, I can get in touch with our support department so they can put your tracks in the right place 😉

I have sent notes to backstage@deezer.com & catalog@deezer.com with no answer. I have the same issue and use DistroKid as my distributor.

I have no idea who this other Bree is. Please remove the artist that represent the artwork with a pink circle with the little black monster looking cover as it is not connected to my profile.  My name is Bree as well. Do we not have different account numbers? You can put me as Bree Kovach. Bree Homesick belongs to me. This is my First Release of 2020.

Hi @Bree Homesick so sorry for the late reaction, we currently have to process a lot of requests. Many apologies, there is sometimes a problem with the metadata. Our Metadata team is working hard on fixing this.

Can you please confirm that this EP Homesick is your one and only release on the mixed up artist profile Bree? As soon as I have your confirmation I will let our music catalogue team know. They then. separate your release and create a new artist page for you :wink:

Hi, I need serious assistance due to an issue with a song 8 have uploaded vis tunecore to your site/app and it was listed under the wrong artist profile, I believe a new profile eill have to be created since the song was listed under an artist with my same artist alias. Thanks but that issue was already solved🙄 I just need access to my deezer profile so I can update the profile pic and check the status of my songs.... Just like spotify for artists.
