i am having the same problem. My track has been uploaded to a different artists profile through Distrokid and I can’t create my own. 

My Artist Name is “Fival” but this isn’t my Artist Profile: https://www.deezer.com/en/artist/11190668

I have no account yet so id require one still. I need a new one named “Fival” too :)

my new song Swan Sea on deezer was added to the wrong artist that has got the same name as our band therefore we cant create a profile for us.
