Funk... Real funk, not brazilian reggaeton

Please create a separate section/genre for Funk and for Brazilian Reggaeton.

I am saying this because it has happened to me when I click the Song mix in a new Funk Album, that a lot of reggaeton and brazilian reggaeton is played/suggested… so I guess that indicates that Reggaeton and brazilian reggaeton is being mixed with real funk.

I don’t know how you can keep it separated in the playlist area inside Soul and Funk genre and for the automatically generated Song mix.

Thanks.

Hello @Felipe.Toral, thank you for your feedback, could you provide me with examples of funk albums with which you had this experience? Give me the link as well, so I can forward it to our teams.

Have a great weekend

This example is just ridiculous… I started a song mix from a stoner Rock band and the 4 following suggestions were reggaeton!

Thank you @Felipe.Toral for letting us know. Could you perhaps mark the tracks with the 'Don't recommend this artist' button, just for the time being?

I've passed your comments to the relevant teams here at Deezer. I know both genres and I know they're completely different :thumbsup_tone2:
