Hey Don! It is either indicated in the track title ("radio edit") or on the cover of the album/single (this "explicit content" logo). 🙂

Thank You!..

Now - Just one more question .... Do you know when Deezer will have the ability to download songs on laptops for offline use (I had Spotify before and really liked that feature).. Saves on my data plan and great for times I have weak cell service)

Hi again 🙂 We are already working on the download feature for the Desktop Beta app. I don't have an ETA just yet, but we'll let the community know as soon as we know more 🙂
I’m not a big fan of cussing in my songs. I mean a tiny bit is fine, but I don’t want to be going through an artist’s music with my family around leisurely and it starts spouting out curse words. Is there a way to activate a little signifier if the song is explicit? That would greatly help. Thanks!

Hi @ASTTRIN_esper please see above your answer 😉
Most of the song I am listening to have beeps or alternate lyrics. How do I remove the explicit lyric block?

There is no way to remove this. The tracks were sent by the artists' label and distributors and Deezer has no say on this...

You will have to check our library if we have the uncensored version. There is no other way I am afraid.
A. Album Multiples
  1. When going to an artist’s Discography page, there are multiples of almost every album.
  2. I understand in the case of Explicit or Edited, there would be two of every album.
  3. However, I’ve started to notice more and more artists having even more than that. For example blink-182 has 9 albums. At the very most, there should be 18 albums on discog page (9 explicit / 9 edited) not freaking 25 like it has now! Which brings me to my next subject...
B. Explicit Material
  1. There should be a toggle switch in settings somewhere to either include or exclude Explicit material. If a user chooses to include it, the edited versions of albums should not even be displayed when searching or viewing an artist’s catalog.
  2. Albums should be labeled as explicit or edited as well as the songs within the album. As of right now, the only way I can tell if an album is explicit or edited when browsing albums is by looking at the small album art & finding a “Parental Advisory” label.
Hello everybody I'm Chris, I love Deezer I listen to music here and promote my band.
I would like to submit my new single to Rock Playlist editors but I only found some of Deezer's biggest playlist curators and obviously there is not easy to have a spot.
Is there another way to find independent Rock curators?
Thank you for your help
Chris

This is my music on Deezer

Do you mean the album cover would have an ESRB warning if it was explicit? This is not reliable if that's what this is based on. E.g.

This doesn't come up on the majority of the albums I have which I know have explicit lyrics, is deezer doing something to resolve this?
Hello, i have checked "hide explicit songs' thu i keep getting explicit content.
I understand that its not you who make the songs explicit but, i don't believe that rappers don't have uncensored version to their songs.
Lets take for example Cardi b.
I cant find her uncensored material.

Hi @iceteper

I've been looking far and beyond to find topics which weren't answered by us. Apologies for this not being picked up.

Deezer ( @rudi ).. Please action this.Tidal seems to be able to do it fine and they are a huge competitor to you. They have curated lists that are better, better recommendations, and their explicit options include to have explicit content only or have non explicit content only they don't allow duplicates as your library does. The programming is there, Tidal does it, so can you also implement this? If not I'm afraid it's enough of an annoyance I  mayback to Tidal
