Broken track


Hi, the following track seems to jump from place to place. I've cleared the cache but no success. Is there anything else that could be causing?

Hi @Martin Taylor I was not able to find any problem with the song. Which device are you using? If this is a Huawei phone then it is not the song, but the device. We are aware of problems on those devices with jumping songs, but we have a solution and will roll i out in the next version of our app.

I want report two songs with problem in the reproduction, probably due to issue on the moment of the extraction of the CD. They are:

1. Song: Agnus Sei (track 1)
    Artist: João Bosco
   Album: 40 Anos Depois (Live)

Problem reproduction in: 5s to 7 seconds

2. Song: Quebra-Mar (track 1)

  Link: https://www.deezer.com/track/822801832?utm_source=deezer&utm_content=track-822801832&utm_term=2920042244_1589304921&utm_medium=web

Problem reproduction in: 27s to 30s

 

I would like to know if Deezer will fix this, please. Wait a reply.

So my problem: If I play any track from album https://www.deezer.com/en/album/15403421 I receive 

An error occured, please try again later.

OS: Manjaro 20.0.1 Lysia

Browsers: latest versions of Chrome and Firefox (even in private mode)
