Bad Claim on Deezer's artist profile

Hello,

A few months ago I had to launch a procedure to claim my Deezer artist account and it was a success. Except that on my deezer artist page, there were other artists, other sounds that weren't mine, so I asked my distributor to split and create a new profile.

My new profile has been created, my sounds have been moved but I would like to know how to cancel the claim of my old profile and to claim the new one. When I try, I'm told there's a problem.

What should I do ?
