Question

Unreliable offline playlists

When I set a playlist to download, I sometimes get a few tracks that do not display as downloaded (even though they do seem to be in fact downloaded).

As well, a few of my most recently favorited songs completely disappeared from the Favorite Tracks list while I was offline and only returned when I was back in range of cell connection. When they reappeared, they were also already downloaded, so they were definitely already downloaded while I was offline (I have downloading over cell data disabled).

Hello hmnd,

Thank you for your feedback, we are aware of this issue, it is being prioritised, we don’t have a timeline for this problem yet.
For the second part it could be linked to the same issue, we will investigate it.

Also many Offline tracks downloading in a big delay, thanks. Like days before they download.

I’m not in the Beta version of the app, but I can relate to this. Offline experience is kinda frustrating right now.

When I go offline, I can’t not access my “Favorite tracks”, which has been downloaded, and the app shows a message poiting that that I’m offline (????). What’s the point of downloading a playlist if you can’t hear it without a connection??

Did you try to reinstall app so far?

Yeah, I tried, but no success.

Besides, reinstalling the app should not be an option, as we gotta download everything again, which is a pain in the ***, specially if you have a large number of favorites, or don't have the time or a stable/fast connection to do so.

If it's a bug, it's critical and should be prioritized by the devs team.
