Connectivity Issues

Over the past few updates the frequency in which songs stop, loose connectivity or spend far too long buffering is becoming more and more frequent, see below as an example.

I have 5G and not other issues with connectivity on my phone are present it just seems to be with Deezer that I can tell, more often than not I need to restart my phone to resolve which is an issue through Android Auto...can you assist.

@ThomasR interesting problem, usually its down to signal/speed, but as you point out 5g and 3 bars should mean the quality of the stream is good.

 

First suggestion is to clear the cache in the app settings.

 

Second suggestion is you try the Beta version of Deezer. There's a link on the forum (sorry I can't add it at time of replying).

 

​​​​​Also, can you let the hive mind know if you experience this problem on wifi (if an option).

A delete of Deezer app, reboot of your phone, and install back Deezer usually helps.

I have tried out what you guys suggested and the delete and reboot seems to have worked, I have had the issue once or twice but no where near as much.
