Hello,

Below the release note for the beta version v6.2.46 of our Android application available since January 21th

Release Note:

Bug fixes:

▷ [CONVERSION] The texts of the Offerwall cards presenting the different Deezer plans are no longer overlapping on small devices

▷ [CONVERSION] Connection error messages are no longer displayed randomly when trying to access WebViews such as the "Manage my subscription" page, the payment page and notifications

▷ [MESSAGING] The 'change email' deeplink works properly again and triggers the right popup to actually update the email address

▷ [SETTINGS] In the "Devices" section of the settings, users can check the "Other devices" information twice in a row without any issue

Best Regards

Sanders

I’ve been a Deezer costumer for more than a year now and I’ve been waiting for them to fix the download bugs. The download feature is so “volatile” as a someone in the community mentioned some time ago, and it seems it’s not a priority for the company to improve that feature.

It may be my last month as a premium user.

Hi @JJST ,

Sorry to read that :pensive:

Please notice a big work is actually in development to fix the download issues (since January 3rd). It should be finalized during this year but request a lot of changes in the actual app

Hope you will keep your premium account to let us know if you still have the same issues when the work will be delivered :fingers_crossed:

@Sanders Deezer That gives me hope because I honestly love Deezer as a service for many reasons. However, for the time being I think I’ll let go my Family subscription for the moment and come back later on in some months. I’ll be checking every now and then how the Deezer app is doing, updates and stuff. So for now I’m changing to another service with hopes of coming back to Deezer, which feels more like family.

Thank you Sanders for the release notes :vulcan_tone1:
