Hello there,

A new beta version of our Android application is available : v6.2.31!

Improvements:

▷ [LOGIN/SIGNUP] Replaced the "Forgot your password?" webview by a native screen

▷ [LOGIN/SIGNUP] Ensured that users, after typing two wrong passwords, are informed that an email was sent to them to help them log in, and that the link within the email authenticate them

Bug fixes:

▷ [ADS] Made sure an audio ad is played to free 'starter' users after playing the same track twice 

▷ [CONVERSION] Ensured free users are not allowed to skip more tracks after logging out and in again (if they already reached the skip limit)

▷ [FAVORITES] Ensured users can play their Favorite tracks from the 'Recently played' section without having to visit the Favorite tracks page first 

▷ [LOGIN/SIGNUP] Made sure the country list is properly displayed in the MSISDN relog journey so that users can change their phone number

▷ [LOGIN/SIGNUP] Prevented errors when tapping the back button in Facebook / Google linking screens

▷ [LOGIN/SIGNUP] Prevented error messages from being displayed twice when trying to register with Facebook with an email address that is already linked to an account 

▷ [LOGIN/SIGNUP] Implemented a couple tweaks in the smart journey (i.e. added visual feedback on the welcome screen's buttons, and made sure the 'strong password' info box closes when tapping the "strong password" wording) 

▷ [LOGIN/SIGNUP] Prevented the app from crashing when trying to update MSISDN credentials 

▷ [PLAYER] Made sure the "repair the track" action (from the track's context menu) is taken into account immediately to fix a corrupted file

@Pilou Thanks for the quick response.

When will it be done? To my knowledge this issue only occurs when playing a track from favorites playlist. And trying to swipe up/down that track it creates that very laggy, sluggish animation. Every other playlist/album has smooth, fluent swipe up/down track animation.

Please, this urgent issue is keeping me from using Deezer. I can't enjoy my HiFi tier.

When i’ve refreshed, the carousel was back

They work hard at the moment, don't make pressure on them..

That wouldn't be beneficial for anyone. Not for Deezer or us Customers.

Without applying pressure on people, they won't move a finger and won't care to change anything. 

We need to put pressure on Deezer.

At all costs and all time there needs to be pressure in life, otherwise any humanbeing will just degrade and become a lazy useless human. And lazy useless humans are unpopular in society, and will have a hard time finding a job or friends.

So when I'm pressuring Deezer to fix things, and do a good job, I'm doing everyone a favor. It's alright if you don't realize this at the moment.

We are not robots, let’s face it. No one is machine.

There is already hard time to find friends as everyone is at their work with no free time.

In Denmark you can find happiest people in the world, why? Because they are not pressured to work, work, work and work for any longer than 30 hours a week. They have more time to meet family and they actually do more work when it’s time for it. Casual 40 hour work weeks are just half work and half talking about Kardashians, it’s a fact. If you don’t believe it, see it at any workplace worldwide.

I send much of appreciation to Deezer devs, you are doing great job as you do it.

Deezer folks are actually working good. So many bugs disappeared lately from my apps. I don’t think pressuring them or forcing them behind to push harder is any good. I’d definitely quit that work if my boss had opinions like yours to push harder. We are not machines, let’s face it now please.

When we work harder, we often forget to live. I think it’s sorted 😉 Have a good day.

Hello Android Team.

Is this a bug? The Hifi Family is in use yet it recommends me getting Hifi all day long.

May it be removed when Hifi products are in use.
