Unsolved persistent hacking


I'm brazilian deezer user and I've a premium account cause I'm subscribe TIM (phone Carrier).

but in the last weeks, someone stole my account and change my email and erase all my playlists, I had open a support ticket and my email had changed back... ok

after that:

I changed the password (to a new one, that I had never used before)

I unlinked all apps/third accounts from my account, also the hacker phone (image)

but the hacking persist... a few times a week the hacker's phone connect again and again, does not matter how much I change my password or remove he phone device.

I'm not stupid, I'm never use public networks or easy password, I think the problem is with deezer or TIM side.

I’ve changed my password from both Deezer and Facebook but the message is still here I don’t know why. It is written that my iPhone is the only device connected ! Although I had someone hacking me before because I had to disconnect him. However why do I still receive the message saying that we are several listening on my device ? Thanks
