Unable to add the selected tracks to the playlist on Android

Hello,

I have been experiencing this error on my Android 7.0 phone when trying to add new songs to the playlist (https://www.deezer.com/playlist/6209841564?utm_source=deezer&utm_content=playlist-6209841564&utm_term=2938404124_1565810170&utm_medium=web). I have already reinstalled the app and cleared the cache and local files but the error persists. I have also checked I have the latest version of the app. The playlist is way below the top limit of songs.

However, when using the desktop version I can add them without errors.

Any help on the issue will be appreciated.

The literal error is: "Unable to add the selected tracks to the"All_my_songs" playlist". It doesn't matter if I change the playlist.

In the last week I started having the same issue on my Galaxy ZFold 3 (unable to add track to Playlist). Nothing seems to be clearing the error. Very annoying... Please, please fix. Thanks!

Hey @Alápitos de Metaponto, we are aware of this issue and our teams are on it! 

Same problem here, since a few days ago. It’s happening to any track I try to add to any playlist: it says it’s “unable to add the track”, but it adds the track anyway. It’s annoying.

 

I have discovered that after a while, the app itself recognized the tracks 'unable to be added to the Playlist' and it does it automatically. My tracks were on the Playlist indicated once I open the app and wait a while.

 

Something is going on, but if it just take time, I can 'accept' it. 

Sorry to say I am also experiencing the error. Unable to add track to the Playlist. Does not matter what Playlist is selected. 

What is the reason behind all this? I'm experiencing the same thing. Where it says UNABLE TO ADD TRACK!. Plus I reinstalled the app.

Sorry that's happened. So on Android is it happening for any personal playlist? Could you give me more details about your device make and model and app version? Have you tried just logging out and logging back in?
Yes I have already done that. The problem persists.
