Hello! I have a phone huawei mate 20 x. There is a problem when listening to music. Tracks in different places jump forward. It happens on different music. It happens often and it is not possible to use the service. I washed cash, but it does not help. When loading again there are bugs. I also had a problem with the Samsung a7, but it was rare there. I reinstall the app. Increased smart cash to 30 GB. But still bad. When will you fix this bug?

Hi @Gennadiy_M unfortunately we are still trying to fix the problem. Please keep your eyes out for updates and make sure you always install the latest version of our app.
I have a Huawei Mate 20 smartphone and when I listen to Deezer the music skips back in a lot of songs.
I have tried a lot of things, like deleting and installing the Deezer app again, clearing the cache, updating everything like the phone and the Deezer app. Still the problem hasn't been resolved.
It is getting extremely annoying to listen to music that skips back for 10 or 20 second sometimes several times in one song.
Please help!
I have this problem too and I just created a new topic. How can it be that this was already happening 4 months ago and there is no solution yet? 😨
Yep I'm also having this issue. I'll start a song (normally streamed rather than already downloaded) and it will play as far as it has buffered, then skip back to the start of the song, but the time does not also go back to the start. After a few seconds the stream seems to recover and skip forward to where the time says it should be. The really annoying thing is that this seems to get cached, so I can't even restart the song to hear it properly. I've noticed that this happens mostly when my internet connection is a bit spotty.
