Tips: Downloading will start as soon as the app connects to Wifi

Good day, everyone. 

 

I have a question regarding recent update. After it I have a small tip window telling me that download will start as soon as I am connected to wifi. 

 

It pops up every time I access my playlists. And I couldn't find a way to turn this off. 

 

Can you please tell how can I get rid of this window ?)

Could you please let me know if this message only shows when you click on the download slider or does it show when you only open the playlist?

Does it only show when some of the songs of the playlist are not downloaded yet? OR does it show even though all of the songs in that playlist are downloaded for sure? Thank you

On my android app I keep getting a popup (when listening to downloaded song) saying I can manage when stuff gets downloaded on (while on WiFi or not). Sometimes there are even 5 in a row, before I start listening.

@Kevin Deezer  i have the same problem and no it pops up with any playlist even when im using my phone data or on wifi. It is annoying af!!!!!!

@Kevin Deezer also pressing ok should be enough forever i dont need to be constantly reminded of something i dont wanna do: download music per mobile data, thats why the setting is set to wifi!

Hello @Thenimsaj, I really understand that it is annoying. Can you and @buzzing_around tell me which phones, which versions of the OS and the Deezer app you are using? It’s not an issue we are aware of on our side.

Everytime I try to open a downloaded playlist in Deezer Android, it shows this annoying notification.

 

I tried deactivating notifications but to no avail!

An annoying message constantly appears in the application that I need to check the conditions of my mobile Internet tariff for listening to music in Deezer. I turned off downloading music via mobile network. What needs to be done to make it disappear?

This happens to me too every single time if I open my favourite list using my Mobile Data and not Wifi, kinda annoying

No, and I dont want to, honestly, it does not bother me too much tho because it only happens when Im using mobile data while in my car and I can just click “Ok” and it dissappear and if I use wifi, its all good..

Hi I am also having this issue with the Tips screen popping up all the time. My phone is permanently connected to the WiFi and I have disabled all notifications however the message keeps popping up. In my case I leave deezer playing while connected to a Bluetooth speaker, the screen is off however each time I open the screen to look at deezer I get the same message pop up. 

I have a Sony Xperia xz premium running android 9
