Pre-save track is not working

Hi there,

I noticed several times that when I pre-save a rack from an artist, it doesn’t save on my favorite tracks… 

Does anyone have this issue also? 

Android 10 | OnePlus 6t | Deezer HIFI Beta version 6.2.2.46

I’ve not seen anybody else reporting this so would you try the following.



 



Please do the following in the exact order:-

make sure you're connected to a wifi network

log out of Deezer

uninstall Deezer

clean your phone's cache

remove the SD card (if you have one)

turn off your phone

turn on your phone

reinstall Deezer

Log in to Deezer

open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist

reinsert the SD card (if you have one)



 



(please note this will remove any downloaded music for off line use)



 



Let us know how you get on.

Thanks for answering. Unfortunately it didn’t really help, despite the followed steps…

Is it maybe something with the beta app?

That could be yes, not gapless @Martijn.Keymis :sweat_smile:

Gapless is applied to the catalogue, not the app. But the problem mentioned above could be as well because the Beta app isn't behaving appropriately. You can wait for another Beta release or have the official release at the same time to compare. In fact, could you make that test and let us know?
