@Vladimir Zavada I see, sorry about that. Can you tell me on what device, model and OS version this happens?

@Alessandra.Deezer I have Xiaomi Mi 9T, OS Android 9, MIUI Global 11.

I've seen there was also some guy with Huawei complaining about this issue.

Hi there @Vladimir Zavada

Thanks for coming back. Yes, we've had some positive feedback after the release of the hotfix - but it may not fix the issue for all, including the Xiaomi devices.

Have a look at the workaround from this topic here and let me know if it makes a difference, please :thumbsup_tone2:

@Alessandra.Deezer thanks for the hint, but it did not work either.

However I noticed that it happens when screen is locked and after few songs Deezer stucks in “keep loading” state. Then, when I unlock the screen and directly in Deezer app (not on locked screen) move to the next song, playback of that next song works. After few songs the playback issue repeats again.

Hi @Rudi , I followed the workaround instructions but the issue still persists, unfortunately.

Hi @Vladimir Zavada we are very sorry about that. Could you please check how much space you have left, specifically for Deezer on your phone? Could you please also check settings for your lock screen? Thank you

Hi all,

it seems that issue has been solved by upgrade to Android 10 and MIUI 11. Nevertheless, before the upgrade none of the recommendations helped. Hopefully it won’t happen again in the future.

Thanks a lot to everyone for sharing their experience and for the support.
