No sound on Sony KD-49XH8096

Hi, 

Please help. 

I bought Sony KD-49XH8096, installed Deezer and it was working great for a week. Now when playing the music I see that the song is actually playing because of the counting of duration but there is no sound. I uninstalled the app and installed it again but the problem remains.

Sorry for the experience and thank you for reporting it!

I recommend you to switch off the TV after uninstalling the Deezer app and restarting your network router, after about 3 mins.

Switch the TV back on, reinstall Deezer and try again. And then let me know!

In any case, we're updating our TV apps this year, very soon, and because of that - you'll have an improved experience soon :relaxed:

Restoring the TV to factory settings could also be an option @Mate_K but I'd prefer if you could reset your password and search for firmware updates, first!
