I've paid my Deezer premium and none of my music is playing

Could you try the following steps, exactly in this order, to see if it helps with your issue?

  • make sure you're connected to a wifi network
  • uninstall Deezer
  • clean your phone's cache
  • remove the SD card
  • turn off your phone
  • reinstall Deezer
  • open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
  • reinsert the SD card

HI guys, please give us more details about the problem, any error message and most important about your device (model, firmware version, Deezer app version)

In general we always suggest to test on wifi as well as mobile network and delete the smart cache in the app settings. Maybe that'll already help 🙂

Deezer works just fine on my phone, but it won’t play music on my laptop.. what gives?

Sorry about that. Could you please give us more details about what's happening? Have you tried reinstalling the app? Does it work on browser?

Alexa can almost never find a song on Deezer, although is there and I can find it in the phone app. And even worse, every few hours, Alexa Echo Plus can't play anything: "Sorry, something went wrong"! I guess it's time to go back to Spotify!!!Thanks!

On mine it just keep spinning nothing will play
