MP3 SONGS UPLOADED ERROR

So I have been using Deezer for many years now but only recently have I tried uploading MP3s to the platform to fill my playlist. The problem starts on the desktop version of Deezer where the MP3s are uploaded, once they are uploaded and added to my playlist they won’t play, it just shows error and try again later. That’s not that big of a problem since I can listen to those songs on Youtube without ads. My biggest issue is on the mobile version (Android, SAMSUNG S10) of Deezer. Mobile version actually plays the MP3 songs but when it has to autoplay the next song it shows error. If it isn’t a MP3 song and it has to autoplay to a MP3 song it works fine but the other way around it doesn’t work at all.

I also have to mention that I have already tried: reinstalling Deezer on my phone, uninstalling antivirus software, restarting my phone, logging out and back in, disconnecting from WI-FI and connecting back after phone restart, making Smart cache space larger.

Hey @GiuseppeVeli sorry to hear this, so if you play a song from our catalogue and the next one is an mp3 you receive this error message?

If you decide to play the mp3 directly, does it play or do you still get the error message?

@Yula no, it’s actually the opposite way from what you said “from our catalogue and the next one is an mp3”, mp3 songs on my phone work fine from start till the end, but at the end it’s like it cannot load the next song, I worked my way around it by pressing next/skip song, but in the car pressing next on a screen just for the next song is quite dangerous...

Ok thank you for clearing this, what version of Android and of the app do you have on your phone? And this happens also when you are not connected to the car, correct?

@Yula Android version 11, updated to the latest version. Deezer version 6.2.42.70 and yes it also happens when not connected to the car (Android Auto).

Hey Giuseppe, how much space have you allowed your smart cache? Would you mind adding some more and test if it works?

@Yula I have already tried moving it from 11 gb to 40 gb, but I still did it again and it didn't work.

@Yula did you find any solutions?
