Login failed on Deezer Android app

Last night Deezer threw me out of the its Android app on my Samsung galaxy S7.

I use a Deezer family account and no one else of the family has this problem.

I try to log in on my phone with the correct email and password, keep getting the message “login unsuccessful”. I cán login on my desktop with these same login credentials, so it’s not a username-password issue. I now used my desktop to link my Google account to the family account, but still same issue. I uninstalled the app, shut down my phone, restarted and re-installed, but nothing works. I even threw out some of my siblings devices (even though we had only 6 devices connected and it should be able to work with up to 13).

 

I can not log in under any circumstance.

Totally agree, this is getting beyond a joke.  I’ve had deezer log me out mid song at least 3 times in the last week, and now I can’t even log back in.  Correct login + password = “login unsuccessful”.

We were under the impression, after our work, that this was rectified. Could I please have the Deezer app versions and your OS' so that I can report to our devs? @zykr-vak @Gnub

Exactly the same thing is happening to me whenever i login to Deezer account a pop up notification appear exit visa. i also uninstall the app and install it again but all in vain. i think we have to create a new account.

Yeah sometimes these things happen. I think it might be the issue of your email address or just try another email that may will solve the issue.
