Is Deezer trying to save money on royalties?

Only recently my playlists keep stoping between songs....and NO....all my family members have their own profiles so there is not 2x people using the same profile at once.
Also, really really annoying that I have to ask a forum and can ask someone from Deezer directly.!
Not the internet connection
only started within last few weeks
SO SO annoying....thinking of changing
