I can not change or remove songs from the queue list


I can not change or remove singing from the queue list. This happens in the playlist section. Everything works in albums

Usually when I'm playing playlists the queue feature works great, and I can drag and drop the songs to arrange them in the order I want. However, it seems like my app updated today and I can no longer rearrange my queue. Is there any way to fix that?

I have the same problem 

I can no longer change the order of the queue list anymore and I also cannot add songs from a different playlist to the queue list so I can listen to it. However this is only a problem on my phone not my computer. Why?

I have the same problem on Android Mobile App! It used to be you could go into Queue and you could move the Queue around. On the right hand side there were little lines you would click with your finger and then move. They are gone!

Ever since the recent update the "Play next" and "Add to queue" buttons simply do not appear. I am not using flow or a mix. I have tried both with and without wifi.

Since last update, we have lost play next option from playlists. Use that option frequently, what gives..

I still can't add to queue or play next,  Please help. Yes, also if I'm just listening to my playlists.

I also had the Play Next feature dissappear from my Deezer app, on a Deezer Family subscription. It used to be available throughout the app until about 2-odd days ago (latest update I guess) for playlists, Flow, mixes, artists, albums, everything. 

 

On another independent account that was joined to this same Deezer Family account,  the Play Next feature is available, as well as the ability to move songs up or down in the queue, on the same Android device I'm using, HOWEVER - When choosing Play Next or want to move songs up and down the playing QUEUE on this independent account to test, I get a message saying that this is a Premium Feature and I'm given the option to join Deezer Premium?

 

Does the Family plan not include these features anymore?? 

 

My account is a profile on a Deezer Family account. I'm on Android 10 with Deezer 6.2.4.83.

 

Play Next is a critical feature for me.

This option disappeared for me too but has just come back today, hopefully it was just a bug and yours comes back too.

If not I would contact them and ask why it's not available anymore.

 

After an update it's not showing me the option to add song to queue or play next  can someone help

Is it just me, or are the options to change the order in your  music waitinglist and adding songs to your music waitinglist gone? I have to listen to my Playlist in the other I've put the Playlist but sometimes I don't want some songs in it, so I would delete them from the waitinglist or maybe I just want a certain song multiple times so I added it multiple times to the waitinglist but now that options seems to be gone? Is this part of an update? I don't like it and hope it will change back

Why did you guys remove the "add to queue" and the "play next" function in the new update? Yes I'm on android. No, it's not while I'm listening to a mix. The function is missing even on the playlists I've downloaded. I'm sure someone on your team has a android device with deezer installed. Just have a look

Same problem here. Also unable to change the order of the queue and can’t even add songs to the queue since my samsung device update the other day.

Same problem here since I updatet my Samsung A50 device this afternoon.

Reinstalling the Deezer app did not fix the problem. I cleared cache and data of the Deezer app, after doing this I was able for a short time to add songs to the queue. But problem appeared again. 

Very annoying as adding songs to the queue and changing the order of songs are basic functionality of the premium version of Deezer. Does anyone knows a fix?

Hello! There is a trouble today with app - I can't change or remove songs from the queue list. 

Same problem, I saw on another forum that one person's account changed back, hopefully mine and all yours will too?
