Family account and Uconnect


I have a family account with two profiles and the account is connected to the Uconnect app.
When using Uconnect, only the MAIN profile is accessible and visible, so I can't use the other profile.
I chatted with one of your representatives and she said this is not a bug, but to me it is!
You should fix this, otherwise what is the point of having multiple profiles if I am forced to listen to the main profile's music in the car?
I would like to see a fix to this!

this is also the case with using other devices e.g. Google Home, Fitbit or Amazon Alexa etc. I "believe" Deezer are looking into this and I'm hoping it will be fixed/changed in the near? future!

I hope so. It's a basic function that the app should have!

@Rob Igo is right. This is something we're studying at the moment. It involves big changes on our core structures, so it's taking a bit of time at the moment. Thank you for your feedback, it'll help moving things forward!
@Rudi please fix this! I made my husband change from another app to Deezer just to have a family account and now I can't listen to my music on the car! 🙂
