I was getting the error message of couldn't download. Following the advice of Deezer by email I have deleted app and reinstalled. My cache is clear following all the steps and I now can't play any music. Getting the almost there message. Tried on my home Wi-Fi and 4G. Still nothing

Hi @Chajae can you please try to follow the steps described in the best answer?
Content that has not previously been downloaded on my mobile device are not downloading. I keep getting the 'requested content not loading' error message when I want to play anything that has not been Doan loaded previously. My favourite tracks Playlist, which is set to download all tracks added to it, has also stopped downloading these newly added tracks. Please help

Hi @P.Boshoff please try to follow the steps above 😉
Hi,
I am unable to play or download anything. "The requested content is not loading" is the answer when I attempt to play something. When I try to download nothing happens. This happened after a reset of my password. Very frustrating. Please help.
Thanks.

Aside from this being a ridiculous bug, it's a massive pain in the ass... some of us need SD cards in order to have enough storage. FIX IT PLEASE!
It seems many people have experienced this issue however I would like to thank for the steps provided and it worked for me.

I'm now able to download music again and the songs that were not available are working again.

Thanks.

Hi @Esther Lee, please go to app settings and increase the size of the smart cache and restart the app. I that doesn't work, are you using a sd card in the device?

Hi Anja,

I'm having the same problem. No idea where smart cache is found within the app settings. I have android oreo OS. Can you please help, thanks.

Open Deezer and go to the settings > app > cache
I am getting this playback error message on an iphone. I have tried everything suggested several times, I have 10GB of data available on my app and can’t play any songs at all. Not happy that I have a subscription and cannot listen to any songs at all on the app.
How can this be sorted?

Hi there @Norman1

For iPhones this is a bit different - generally reinstalling the app works. If it doesn't work for you, then it's likely the problem has something to do with the connection (WiFi or mobile). You should check both connections to see if there's any difference. Then get back to me if you still need help.

Hi Rudi, i’ve tried reinstalling the app a few times, wifi and mobile data both aren’t working but I have no problems with either for anything else on the phone.

Hi @Norman1 that is strange. Can you tell us which Deezer version you have installed and which iOS version? Also a screenshot of the error message would help.
