This happens to me and I want to know if it happens to you too, if there is a solution, or if they're problems that are only happening to me:

- When I add a new track to a downloaded playlist, instead of downloading, I have to force kill the app and open such playlist for the new track to be downloaded.
- The same happens when I add a new favorite track.
- Sometimes the download toggle goes off and still downloads, and there's no way to make it be on, even if I force kill the app.

These bugs are only download-related. Is it possible that the problem might be my SD card? Can a damaged card make Deezer act that way? Or is it just a Deezer issue? I remember a Deezer community moderator once described Deezer downloads as "volatile" when I looked for help. Is that it? What do you say?

Hello @JJST

We are sorry to hear that,

Does that happen when you are using wifi or the mobile data? It that happens while you are using the wifi, try to change to your mobile data and check if that helps and vice versa,

It that doesn’t help, have you tried to use a different SD card on your device, just to double check that the problem is not the SD card? As you know, all the Deezer downloaded content goes to either your SD card or the internal storage,

Thanks :)

@Alfredo. Either. It happens with wifi (different connections) and my mobile data. It happens with any album.

I tried downloading it to my internal storage and it still does this.

Hi @JJST

Thanks for the information,

Have you tried to use the BETA version for Android? Just to see if that also happens to you using that version of the app,

You can get it here https://www.deezer.com/beta/newandroid

Give it a go, if you can, and let us know how it goes, please,

Thanks :)
