Deezer premium wont play anything at all!


Deezer worked fine yesterday. This morning nothing will play, not even downloaded tracks. Every time i press shuffle play ( play has also disappeard) i get an advert to upgrade to a family subscription. Please help me fix this.

Did you try to use Deezer on a different phone of computer? For example the website on a computer?

And it still doesn’t work? And are you able to listen to Deezer on a pc/Mac when using a browser instead of your phone?

And on your phone, can you see your account details?

Now I have disinstalled and re-installed Deezer on my phone, and it works again…

But it's not normal.

I agree, but I’m glad that it works now. Sometimes reinstalling an app can help.

Hi there @bygrhel

Could you try the following steps, exactly in this order, to see if it helps with your issue?
  • make sure you're connected to a wifi network
  • uninstall Deezer
  • clean your phone's cache
  • remove the SD card
  • turn off your phone
  • reinstall Deezer
  • open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
  • reinsert the SD card

Hi, today my Deezer (premium family) is out of order, it doesn't work at all: no song or playlist can be played, both offline and on line.

Don't even think to suggest to disinstall end reinstall my Deezer: it contains thousands songs and the operation would take too long.

I always listen to my music by mobile (Samsung A40, Android).  By the way all worked perfectly till yesterday.

Can you please reinstall the app and then re download your music? 

This is an issue we are aware of and our developers are on it!
