Deezer mobile app taking a long time to play?

My app on my s10 is constantly freezing and taking a while to open and load up my playlists. Highly frustrating having to wait for playlists to load up before I can listen to my downloaded music, especially for the price i pay a month for this app. Also, it says downloaded songs but can't find them on my phone in the desired storage folder. 

I have tried logging out and uninstalling and reinstalling but the same issue occur.

Please subscribe to Beta tester group on Android store.

Deezer App has that option and see what happens. Perhaps it can work better.

Sorry that's happening. Could you try the following steps, exactly in this order, to see if it helps with your issue?

  • make sure you're connected to a wifi network
  • uninstall Deezer
  • clean your phone's cache
  • remove the SD card (if applicable)
  • turn off your phone
  • reinstall Deezer
  • open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
  • reinsert the SD card (if applicable)
