Deezer in EDJing mix app says Track Loading App failed

Tried Playing Deezer in the EDJingmix app but could not load any decent track. It always says "Track Failed Loading, try again later" even I am on Deezer Premium and I have got Internet Connection. Hope this coild be fixed by updating app.

Hi there all!

Sorry that's happening. Could you try the following steps, exactly in this order, to see if it helps with your issue?

  • make sure you're connected to a wifi network
  • uninstall Deezer
  • clean your phone's cache
  • remove the SD card (if applicable)
  • turn off your phone
  • reinstall Deezer
  • open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
  • reinsert the SD card (if applicable)

Same issue. Very annoying 

same issue for a few weeks.

Soundcloud works but deezer is not loading at all.

what device are you guys on?

Samsung Galaxy tab s6 pro. Tried on my phone too, same issue. Soundcloud works fine for me but I don't use Soundcloud for my music storage. Deezer did work (but still spotty) in the past...but nothing at all now. Paid for the relevant memberships and not delivering, pretty poor show.

Edjing app not working cant upload any tracks at all using a Samsung s20

While I let our devs here know, and because it isn't our app, could you please contact the developer about this? They use a public API to connect to Deezer, that's why I'm suggesting you this :thumbsup_tone2:
