Deezer App on Android Login Unsuccessful Error

Hi Team,

Whenever I am trying to Login on Deezer App on my Android phone (Samsung S9 plus) using my gmail ID, I am getting Login unsuccessful Error. Please check & get this fixed ASAP.

I experienced the same issue this week on an Android 8 phone, while trying to log-in with e-mail and password.

 

As per here, the solution is to go to App settings → Deezer → Force stop → Clear Cache and Clear Data. Log in works after doing so.

Hey @sgone ! Please make sure you log in with your email and password, rather than your Gmail account. I have now unlinked your Deezer profile from it, please get a new password here and let me know if the issue persists 🙂

I force-stopped, cleared cache, data, and even reinstalled. Deezer still retains my account username and asks if I want to continue, then fails with “login unsuccessful”. In other words, I can’t get it to forget me and prompt me to log in with username and password.

Is the service down?

Is the service down?

I had to click “switch accounts” and then I was able to login again. App is working again.
