Deezer 360 service not working


I just signed up for 360 service and only one of the albums in it (Miles Davis, Freddie Freeloader) actually plays. All the others return a message saying “Unable to load page”. I am attaching a screenshot. It seems to think I have no internet connection, but as you can see from the screenshot, the Miles Davis album is playing fine. All the other give this error message.

Hi @Khurram 123, have you tried another internet connection? Also, please reinstall the app! Let me know if it helps!

It helped.Reinstalled the app and working fine now. Thanks!

Tried several other internet connections and reinstalled the app. When trying to log in to my account it gives an error message. Community pages seem to work fine without any errors when trying to log in. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi, just signed up and the normal app works. I'm looking for the 360 songs but I can't log in to the 360 app. Obviously do have a login so....... can you help please?

Hello @katey180, it’s because you need the HiFi subscription to use 360.

I have Hi-Fi but the 360 app isn’t working I tried reinstalling but to no avail.

Sorry about that. Could you please try uninstalling, restarting the device, and then reinstalling it?

If that doesn't work, please give us more details about your device and OS.

iPhone 10s IOS 14.3

I’ve tried to uninstall 360 - restart - reinstall 360.  Tried cellular network and WiFi.

iPhone 12 

ios 14.6

 

Still same error

Have you found a solution to this issue? I’m having the exact same issue and have tried everything to no avail. Have not used 360 for a few months, deezer hi-fi works fine…

Yes, after wasting many hours searching and playing around I finally cancelled my subscription, deleted 360 AND Deezer apps. Just for shits and giggles I Reinstalled both and everything works again as it once did. This is MUST be a known issue as all three of my iOS devices did the same thing and the ONLY way to fix was delete both apps and reinstall both.

I contacted them, got the same do this do that in the FAQ’s. But after the first reply customer service went dark ? :( How can you honestly say others have not had this issue when all three of my iOS devices had the same issue and same resolution to fix? 

Same issue here still after a couple of months. I contacted support when I was in premium now I am currently on family subscription.

I was informed that HiFi would be available on Premium, assuming that includes the family premium, ergo I should be able to login to the 360 app, stated by support but unfortunately that is not the case. Logging in the 360 app still directs me to a page saying "Not a HiFi user?" Support said my account maybe on old premium saying there's an overlapse with HiFi and premium and suggested I create a new account. Slightly inconvenient and would prefer to keep my current account and have it fixed. I've tried reinstalling the apps but I've arrived at the same issue still.

Hey @CrimsonGrail I think the Hifi option has not yet been activate it on your account. Please double check with Support and they will tell you when your offer will change. 

Deezer 360 doesn't work. Get error message in Dutch but say.... Can't load. I reinstalled app, switched to 4G. Keep having the issue with most songs. See attached. App is inferior see for yourself. But first I had to take a more expansive subscription... Is this a trick? 

Please advice how I get this to work.

The 360 app should actually work with Family HiFi.
Maybe there is a general problem with it at the moment, @Yula - @Alfredo.?

There is currently a bug on the 360 app by Deezer and it’s viewing reviewed,

We hope that it can be fixed very soon. In the meantime, try to uninstall and install the app to see if that helps,
