Daily playlists aren't changing in Deezer Android app


For 3 days the daily playlists haven't changed. None of them. Is it happening to anyone else?

I'm having the same problem, sometimes they change every few days sometimes one week. I barely use them because of that

Daily changed completely randomly.

As I write about not changing, they changed LOL.

I hope it gets better.

Five months later, this is happening to me as well. I've only been with Deezer since Google Play Music was closed but have added liked music of a wide variety every day since I joined. I've had the same three Daily playlists for three days now and one of them is terrible (guess the algorithm doesn't quiet *get* me yet) so I'd REALLY LIKE some new lists!

 

I had this problem when I was with Spotify a couple of years ago and hope it's not going to be history repeating itself with Deezer.

Thanks for reporting this.

Are they not updating? How many favourite tracks have you got?

Please try clearing the app's cache as well, to see if it helps. And let me know which specific lists you want to see an improvement the most!

Same for me. They dont change for days. Maybe you can look into this problem, because the mixes are really good. Thank you!

Thank you. I’ve found out that the problem seems the Android App. On the Browser for example the Daily Mix looks like in the screenshot.


On Android you see the same Daily Mix but when you open this daily mix on Android the tracks are not the same as on the Browser Version. And these tracks in this Daily Mix on Android doesn’t update on Android. (since 4 days)

 

Deezer Version on Android is the latest stable version: 6.2.19.55. I’ve also tried the Beta Version, but the same problem. Android 11 Samsung Galaxy S10e. I hope this helps you. Thanks for your support.

I've passed the info on for investigation. In the meantime, could you please try clearing your app's cache to see if it helps? After logging out and logging back in :wink:

i’ve cleared cache and cleared data, so i have to relogin to Deezer. But also the same problem. Thanks for your help.

Deezer Version on Android is the latest stable version: 6.2.19.55.

 

I am having the exact same problem - the whole "Mixed for you" section has been outta whack for a while now. Logged off and then logged back in, cleared cache, force stopped the app - the logging off/back in seems to have done the trick for a while, but the daily mixes on my phone app seem completely frozen. Working flawlessly on desktop, though.

This happens to me more often than it should. What I do is clear my cache and it seems to work but I shouldn’t have to do that all the time.

I also alerted Deezer via a review in the PlayStore and the problem appears to have been solved. I got an actual response from the team and have been prompted towards the help desk. Hope this sticks, but for the time being I have to say I'm quite impressed.

I have the same problem that is described here. I have installed the beta 6.2.21 to see if it’s fixed there but it isn’t. I’m new to Deezer and my install is only a few days old.

I've only reported this happening on the Android app - have you tried deleting the app's data and trying again? Is it the same as others described above? If yes, can we please have the app version?
