created playlists on Deezer are not saved


When I try to create a new playlist it is not saved.

As for the playlists, it looks like it's working fine now. The playlist appears immediately after its creation.

Your Android and device model, and steps to reproduce the issue, please :relaxed:

I'm using a Samsung Note 20 ultra 4G. I have the latest updates that T-Mobile has sent us. The last update was a security update and it's when all of this started.

Are you referring to our security update or Android's?

I have the same issue. After making a new playlist & adding an item to it, it just disappears, next album I try to add, playlist doesn't show. App version is 6.2.19.55, using Oppo Reno Z, all up to date.

Sorry that's happening. Could you try the following steps, exactly in this order, to see if it helps with your issue?

  • make sure you're connected to a wifi network
  • uninstall Deezer
  • clean your phone's cache
  • remove the SD card (if applicable)
  • turn off your phone
  • reinstall Deezer
  • open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
  • reinsert the SD card (if applicable)

Exactly the same problem. It seems to me that the application does not refresh data immediately after creating the playlist. The playlist appears only after a forced update of the corresponding section using a swipe, or after restarting the application.

I reset to factory settings, formatted the memory card, installed Dezeer. I did not change any settings. it did not help, you need to update the tab with playlists so that the created playlist appears.
And by the way the automatic download doesn't work either. You need to go to the playlist so that the added tracks are downloaded.

I have about 20 playlists  but when I try too add a song in not 3 show up.I can play all my playlists but can get not add to 3. Would appreciate any help. I am using an Android phone

That should be fixed with the latest version you've got @Djeraa please keep me posted!

I just found out that my playlists are empty 

I updated my app but still empty
