Hi, I'm on a pixel 3a and everything has been fine till today when the app will immediately crash as soon as it opens - I have tried clearing storage and cache but it still doesn't work. any advice, is it my side or yours?
Pixel XL owner here and since yesterday the 30th exactly the same for me, it will only stay open with WiFi and 4g and Bluetooth off. But works as it should on our tablet and the wife's Mi A1.

HI @Jean-Marc.Trouillot & @Jesnowaldo

Please do the following:-

Please do the following in the exact order:-
make sure you're connected to a wifi network
uninstall Deezer
clean your phone's cache
remove the SD card (if you have one)
turn off your phone
turn on your phone
reinstall Deezer
open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
reinsert the SD card (if you have one)

Let us know how you get on 🙂
Have done all of this numerous times and it made absolutely no difference crashes every time it opens!

Hmm... there's no report on here of anybody else having problems so I'm guessing it's local somehow to your machine. You're not operating a VPN? Are you using Windows 10?

also have you checked on the windows 10 store that you've got the latest version?
Same here, crash as soon as open with internet, no vpn, no Windows, the problem it's on the Android version.
Android version here as well, Google pixel xl july 2019 software version only works with no 4g or wifi!

Yes, more than one time, made no difference, only crashes when the app has internet access, WiFi or 3g/4g.
Here the link to the crash log from mine if it helps, it's happening on more than one devices of mine =(

Hi Everyone, I did get some users from Brasil reporting the same issue, but they are using an Xiaomi phones, though. Have you guys reinstalled the app? Do you have an SD card?
Same issue for me, Samsung Note 9 (no SD Card) with HiFi subscription - noticed it today.

I have passed this issue on to our developers yesterday. About 4 users in Brasil reported the same issue...
I'll update this topic here as soon as I have any more news about it!
I'm in Brazil too.
Hello,

I am unable to open Deezer for almost one week on my Huawei mate 20 pro. I tried to clear the cache, to reinstall the app, but once i log into my account the app crashes.
How can this be solved?

Thank you,

Same issue here in Switzerland with Sony Xperia 10, with or without SD card, or HTC one without SD card. First thought it was linked to the fact that I used the beta version. Tried to downgrade but it updated back to beta.
Finally managed to get rid of beta version (i think) but it's still not better..
Its a known issue for a week now , hopefully a fix is coming soon.
