Cannot log into Deezer on my android device

I go onto the login screen, enter all the details how i normally would if i were logging into the web app. I get the connecting message but then it goes and i am still on the login screen. help....

@Anja Thank you for your assistance, i factory reset my phone and got it to work. 😄

I am logged into my account on the windows app, but i can't log onto the android app

Thanks for the reply 🙂 Which Android and Deezer version do you use on that device and do you use it with an sd card?
@Anja i am running android version 6.0 and deezer version 5.4.14.56. i have tried re-installing it a few times but no luck.

It was working all well until it stopped running songs. I logged out to try solve this issue, and now i can't log in anymore.

no the circle keeps turning until it disappears and stay on the
homepage of the app... Btw i've no issue connecting on the
website/windows computer app.

@haazel_torn have you tried the steps on the android troubleshooting guide? Usually deleting, removing the sd card, clearing the cache, reinstalling, trying the login and only then reinserting the sd card helps.In that order 😉

So we have a bug, that forces users to run around the globe, that hasn’t been fixed within two years.

 

This is across all android platforms apparently….

 

I am so fucking sick of this, get your goddamn software in order, not just you, at this point im fucking done playing beta tester for 2 years.

 

2 god fucking damn years.

 

Fix your shitty code.
