Can’t play Deezer music on mobile

 hi,

I have a premium membership but ı cant listen to songs on my mobile phone for three days .Songs are not loading. There is no problem when ı play my songs on the desktop and the same account is being used by my sister too and there is not such a problem on her mobile . I tried every solution which is written in the deezer support page (https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115004368825-Can-t-play-Deezer-music-on-mobile#:~:text=Turn%20off%20the%20app%20(make,Restart%20your%20phone) but the problem is not fixed. What can ı do ?

Hi @fatihcelik 

Sorry you’re having this issue, and thank you for trying so many possible solutions.

It may be necessary for Deezer staff to perform some maintenance on your account in order to fix this issue, and one of the team will respond when they can - your patience is appreciated.

However, when you followed the suggestions on the support page, did you exactly follow the procedure for switching the phone off and carefully removing the SD card between uninstalling and reinstalling the app? I attach a link to a comment by @Pia.Deezer that sets the procedure out step by step note: (this will remove all downloaded Deezer content, but this can be re-downloaded, and your library and/or playlists should not be affected):

Recently switch phones and downloaded deezer but for some reason when i try to play music it just keeps loading and it wont download any of the songs either...help

After following @Freezer's advice, try also updating your webview and Android systems - could you please check the same @Shaquille Campbell:relaxed:

@Freezer I did try that troubleshoot but the problem persists only podcast is working, but I'll standby for the support

Are you trying to download them on WiFi or mobile data?

Do you use an SD card?

Keep us posted with more info, please.
