Hey @LilRed

Could you try the following steps, exactly in this order, to see if it helps with your issue?

  • make sure you're connected to a wifi network
  • uninstall Deezer
  • clean your phone's cache
  • remove the SD card
  • turn off your phone
  • reinstall Deezer
  • open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
  • reinsert the SD card

Have you tried reinstall the app ?
I can't play any music since I have rejected their upgrade option, what's happening?

I have deezer app on both Ipad and iphone. It works on Ipad but on iphone songs shows faded and I can’t play it..NB. I am using the same account please help

i have a problem on my app

i can play music on my computer but from some reason i can’t play any music on my phone.

it says it can’t log the song. the i’m using wifi, any other app is working and the searching for album song and artist is working, the songs recognize also. the only thing that doesn’t work is the actual songs

i’ve tried to reinstall the app, turn off the phone and everything that is written here

what should i do?

Sorry to hear about your experience. Have you followed the troubleshooting above in the exact order? If yes, could you please give details on your device, OS and app versions so that I can check it further?

I have an iPhone XR and the latest version of the app I downloaded the app for the first time 3 days ago and it never worked

Is it only happening when on WiFi or mobile network too? @Sean Caspi What's your mobile operator?
