reinstalling the application does not help

Hi there!

Do you have an sd card? Please try this procedures below and let me know if it helps!

  • make sure you're connected to a wifi network
  • uninstall Deezer
  • clean your phone's cache
  • remove the SD card
  • turn off your phone
  • reinstall Deezer
  • open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
  • reinsert the SD card

Could you give me an older version app? Not from the play market. May be problem in the application version.

I dont have sd card
I have completed all points, but problem is not resolved

I connected the phone to Android Studio
When I put cursor in the login field, app crash

I saved error log with Android Studio:





And I uploaded log_file to dropbox:
