I have been using deezer for a while now and since the new update no music is loading and it is not internet problem. If this continues might as well I unsubscribe don't make any sense to continue.

I cannot play any music, it gives me an error failed to play. What should I do?

Could you give more info about your device, OS and app version?
I go to home button NOT LOADING, I go to flow NOT WORKING, I go to My Music albums show up, but I go into an album and will not LOAD UP TO PLAY. 😫😡.

Don't know what to do????

Im using the Android app but when I start it the flow and the main tabs doesn't load, do I can't use flow anymore.
My Home Page and Flow Music hasn't been loaded for nearly 7 days I have Wifi and Internet but still nothing happening.

HI I am finding when I play deezer on my android device the playback is horrendous and gappy I have downloaded all the tracks I listen to as I found it also are my data. I have been with deezer a far while now and every upgrade to the app causes more and more issues. Not at all impressed

I want to listen to my playlists but they keeping being stalled by the error message „ error. failed to load. the requested content is not loading. But the song that is stalling is a sponsored track and not even on my playlist. Please help

HI, Deezer stops playing in sleep mode on S9 Android.

Its really frustrating, not the case with spotify.

ANY thoughts why? Or it's a Bug.
Hi,

Since a while the app doesn't work anymore on my android phone. When I try to log in I just get a constant loading screen. I have a premium account through T-Mobile and have reinstalled the app multiple times. I have also unlinked the device, but nothing seems to help..
What else can I do?

Could you try the following steps, exactly in this order, to see if it helps with your issue?

  • make sure you're connected to a wifi network
  • uninstall Deezer
  • clean your phone's cache
  • remove the SD card
  • turn off your phone
  • reinstall Deezer
  • open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
  • reinsert the SD card
The songs are not playing in my Deezer. It shows a image that is not charging the songs...
"An error occurred, please try again later." message is shown when playing song "Resurrecting (Live) Elevation Worship"
also, I cannot download this song on my phone
can anyone help me with that?

I've tried the above and no changes. I do not use an SD card though. It's over a year and there is still no possible solution to this? This is not fair at all

So how come almost all playlists cannot play all of a sudden?? Get this error message.. And this is both for downloads and not downloads
