After factory reset, no deezer files showing up though the sd card is full

I had to do a factory reset on an Alcatel Android 7.0 phone. Deezer says the files are there on my sd card, so does my file searcher. But deezer says I have no downloads. I don’t want to delete the whole card, just the music files. I keep a lot of photos on that card. Where do I go to just delete all the Deezer music files so I can begin again?

By default, Deezer stores it's files in /Android/data/Deezer.android.app either in main storage or on your SD card (depending on your storage settings). Delete that entire folder on your SD card to free up the space. If you changed the default storage location for any reason you'll have have to go looking for it.

I just clicked “change storage location” then picked the sd card again and it was all gone. I had to start again. I wish that Deezer would just recognize its own folder after the factory reset. Thanks for your response.

Unless they've fixed it Deezer might also reset your default storage location when it does updates. The response I received when I questioned this was that I shouldn't use an SD card, which is nonsense. I turned off auto updates for this reason. Just an FYI...
