360 by Deezer login not working properly

When I try to login on the 360 by Deezer app, I get an error saying "An error ocurred", highlighting my password.


i did reset my password and joined Deezer HiFi yesterday to try 360 by Deezer. The funny thing is that, after that error, if I close and open the app. I get access to it, but everything that is related to my user is missing or presents errors while loading. I could even optimize it using Sony's Headphone app, but nothing about my user.


I already uninstalled the app, cleaned my phone cache, and restarted it. I can also access Deezer on the web and app, and they are working flawlessly.

Hi @Klaus Kazlauskas, have you tried checking the password? I sent you an email. Please do it and let me know if it helps. In the meantime, I'm keeping an eye on it if this issue is happening with more users.

I have the same problem. Very frustrating!

Same problem here! 360 used to work just fine with Sony headphones but now impossible to login! Please advice how to fix this issue!
